You have received your products and it didn’t fit? It wasn’t exactly what you were expecting? The product has something wrong? Do you want to exchange for another?
Send us an e-mail with “EXCHANGE” to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of the rest!
In case you want to change the size of the product or it was proven that you received a defective product, you have 7 days (starting on the day you received your package) to contact us. After we analyze it, we will exchange the product and pay for the shipping, in case of defective products. In case of exchange because of the sizing or the model, the shipping taxes are paid by the client.
When we receive your product, we will analyze if it fit to exchange. The product must be intact, with no signs of use, washing or any alteration, and with all original hang tags. With everything in order the exchange process begins through e-mail where we will inform you of what are we are going to do.
Ship your product in the original package, with all the received items and the accessories that are part of the product.
The product model exchange can only be made between available products on the site at the moment of your new purchase.
We are not responsible for product defects made by ill use of the products. Products with evidence of use, no hang tags, modifications or damages made by customer negligence will be returned the way it was received by our team.

RETURN AND REFUND
Do you have any regrets about your purchase? Are you not pleased with something? We can help you with that too!
Send us an email with “RETURN” as the subject to email@example.com up to 7 days counting on the delivery day.
In case of return and refund of your purchase value, the shipping taxes are on the account of the client.
Upon receiving your product, we will analyze if it is in good use to return and refund. The product must be intact, with no signs of use, wash or any alteration, with all original hang tags, all the received items and accessories that belong to the product.
Send your product with the purchase receipt in his original packaging.
We will see if the returned product is in good use and that fits all of your exigences to return, so we will send you back your purchase value.
In case the product isn't in good use due to negligence, the refund won’t be made and the product will be returned to the client as the way it was received for our team.
In case of UNDER MEASUREMENT products, or products created exclusively for a client, there is no return and refund. We will do the necessary changes in case of inadequate fitting in the measurements and pay for product shipping. For any other modifications that do not characterize manufacturing defects, additional values for products changes and shipping costs are at your own expense.
